Trieste è la città del Liberty e dei grandi palazzi uguali a quelli che si trovano a Vienna e a Budapest.
Queste architetture ci sono così familiari, da essere entrate nel nostro modo di vedere. Io, poi, adoro questo stile con le sue volute aggraziate.
Ma, ve lo assicuro, non sono altrettanto facili da rendere nella maglia! Ho disfatto il maglione per ben TRE volte, prima di arrivare ad un risultato apprezzabile. Ed ora ne sono molto soddisfatta!

Trieste is the city of the Liberty style with the same type of architecture you would find in Vienna and Budapest. This architectural style are so familiar to us that it has influenced the way we see things. Personally, I love this style replete with graceful swirls.
But, I can assure you; this style is not as easy to translate into knitting! I frogged this sweater THREE times before obtaining the results I wanted. And now I am truly satisfied!
