"VAJOLET" is available exclusively as a kit from "Difilato" shop!
Kit includes the pattern and the yarn called for.

Vajolet” is part of the new collection of patterns inspired by the “Monti Pallidi” (Pale Mountains), a chain of mountains in the Italian Dolomites.
The “Torri del Vajolet” are a group of sharp pointed mountainous pinnacles; the rocks that form them are a very beautiful and particular pale grey in color.

Vajolet” is a semicircular shawl worked from one end to the other.
The points of the high lace border are reminiscent of the zig-zag shape of the tops of the Vajolet massif, while the small flowered pattern brings to mind the local flora.
Since it is worked in garter stitch, the shawl is reversible and the I-cord edging adds structure and stability to the shawl.
